How does the system work?

Our 360 Video Booths are created in a way that allows camera rotation in order to recreate the bullet time effect you can see in movies. Then the content shot is going through dedicated software so we can offer a comprehensive rendition in real time.

How many people are supported on our platform?

It depends on the platform. The smaller platform can support up to 2 people, the medium sized (most popular) one holds around 4 people at most, and the larger one holds 6 people in total. You can let us know how many people you want on the platform, and we will assist accordingly.

Is it possible to adjust the rotation direction and speed?

Yes, we provide complete support for changing the rotation speed and direction. This way you can easily adapt and adjust everything according to your own requirements.

Is any software included in the package?

Yes, we have a dedicated software packages. What that means is that you can easily add any music, effects, logos and even focus on branding if you want.

Is there any specific requirement when it comes to how much space is needed?

We require at least 10 ft x 10 ft. However, the recommended amount of space is 15 ft x 15 ft.

What are the power requirements?

Our 360 platforms require 240v. Additionally, the motor is usually drawing just a few amps at its peak.

Is it possible to change the camera height?

All our booths have a dedicated arm that you can adjust. This allows you to change the camera location based on your needs. We recommend you to check the page of every product and see what height and diameter changes you want to make. That helps bring in great results and a very good result.

Do I need to use a camera that has stabilisation features?

Each product has its own requirements, but generally it’s ok for your camera to have some stabilization. If you don’t need a camera with stabilization features, this will be shown on the product page, so you can have a good understanding of the process.

How many staff members are required to operate the booth?

Generally, a single staff member is needed for small events, 2 staff members are recommended for larger scale events.

How much time does it take to set up the 360 booth?

It usually takes around 30 minutes, sometimes even less than that. However, it’s recommended to ensure that we have access 1 hours before the event starts. This allows us to ensure that the internet connection is great, all lighting and branding are set up, etc.

What can I charge for a 360 booth rental?

This depends on your needs and requirements. We recommend you quote based on you area but most events can command £400-£600 per event.  You can earn you money back on the product fast!

Are there any recommendations for events, aside from the 360 booth?

It’s a very good idea to acquire things like stanchions, dedicated lighting and a good internet connection. Confetti and props are also recommended. The LED ring light is a great tool for brightness control and it can easily be used for a variety of different situations. Light batteries are powering the ring light. LED panel lights are great because they help provide a great ambient and they might even deliver lighting for a darker location too.

How much time will it take for the 360 booth to be delivered?

Every 360 booth is supplied from the UK, and it can take around 3-5 business days to process the order. We recommend to not book any event until you have the 360 booth already in your possession. Once the item is shipped, the delivery can be anywhere from 7 to 14 business days after paying for the item. Please get in touch with us for more information.

Do you offer any warranty?

Every 360 booth is covered by a full 1 year of warranty of motor and parts, this does not include wear and tear. The first year also comes with technical support. We have a dedicated team always here to help if you encounter any issues.

Can I receive customer support?

Yes, we offer comprehensive customer support during regular business hours from Monday to Friday 9-5pm. You can also send us an email, we reply within 24 hours. We also have out of hours support options and whatsapp help group.
