Everything you need to know about hiring one of our 360 video booths, selfie pods or mirrors for your event or wedding.

How long does the booth run at my event?

A standard hire includes unlimited use during your booked session, typically 3 hours, with idle hours and extra time available on request. Your guests can use it as often as they like throughout that time.

Do you provide an attendant on the day of the event?

Yes. Every hire comes with a friendly, fully trained attendant who sets everything up, looks after your guests, and packs the booth away afterwards — so you and your guests can enjoy the experience.

How much space and power do you need on site?

We need roughly a 2m x 2m flat area and access to a standard mains socket nearby. We’ll confirm the exact requirements for your chosen booth when you book.

How quickly do guests get their videos and photos?

Instantly. Clips and photos are ready within seconds and can be shared straight to your guests’ phones via AirDrop, QR code, email or text, so they can post to social media there and then.

Can the booth be branded for my event or wedding?

Absolutely. We can add custom overlays, your names and date, colours, logos and bespoke start screens to match your theme. Just send us your details ahead of the event.

Which areas do you cover?

We cover London, Essex, Kent, Suffolk, Hertfordshire and the surrounding areas, and we’re happy to travel further for the right event. Get in touch with your venue postcode and we’ll confirm availability and any travel cost.

How far in advance should I book?

We recommend booking as early as possible, especially for weekends and peak wedding season, as dates fill up quickly. A deposit secures your date.

What’s included, and are there any extra costs?

Your hire includes delivery, setup, the attendant, unlimited use, instant digital sharing and pack-down — with no hidden fees. Optional extras such as prints, idle hours, custom branding or extended time can be added when you book.

What happens if there’s a technical issue on the day?

Our attendant is on hand throughout to resolve anything immediately, and our equipment is professionally maintained and tested before every event to minimise the chance of any problems.

Are you insured?

Yes — we carry public liability insurance and our equipment is PAT tested, with certificates available for your venue on request.
